Energetic SaaS Startup looking for a Salesforce Admin who enjoys helping clients solve technical problems during sales sessions and customer on-boarding. You will be working in our customers’ Salesforce Org, not our internal Salesforce Org.
To be considered, you must note your Salesforce.com experience in your application and have a strong desire to help others succeed. While Salesforce Admins & Salesforce Consultants are preferred, Salesforce Power Users who have several years of Salesforce experience will also be considered.
Breadwinner is a SaaS startup that integrates Salesforce with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Stripe, and Xero. As customers evaluate our free trial, their questions often involve configuration changes, formula field creation, and even business-level consulting. All of this will involve understanding their unique configuration of their Salesforce Org.
You will be a remote worker, though we have offices in NYC and London, and the team meets semi-annually at both Salesforce events and team retreats.
Working independently requires someone who is highly proactive, a self starter and a problem-solver.
The role requires someone who is a keen problem solver and happy to help customers with their Breadwinner and Salesforce needs. As a software company, having the ability to learn technical skills is imperative. Knowledge of invoicing and accounting is a major plus.
As the successful Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for:
Technical Sales Support & Consulting - You will assist prospects and customers of Breadwinner to setup and configure our app, while providing Salesforce Consultant advice on an ad hoc basis.
You will learn and understand our products, from both a technical point of view and from a customer point of view, in order to successfully assist prospects to understand the capabilities of Breadwinner.
You will need to understand the different subscription levels of Breadwinner and their features in order to help prospective clients get set up with the right version of Breadwinner.
You will be able to assist with technical pre sales questions as well as technical questions involving upgrading features for existing clients.
To be considered for the role, you’ll need:
To have experience with Salesforce as an admin (minimum 1 year as a Consultant, or 2 years as an Admin or Power User)
To be able to pick up new technical skills
To demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm
Strong communication skills, to be highly organised and have great attention to detail
The ability to work independently and under pressure
Be a team player
Working hours: Full-time. Flexible to meet customer needs. We work across multiple time zones.
Annual leave: flexible
Travel: optional work-related travel to interesting locations (major cities in the US, London, and ANZ). However, travel is not required, aside from the occasional team retreat.
Salary: From 70k USD per annum, depending on experience
